Built by somebody who got dispatched

Every lead answered.Every job handled.

D2D is a managed dispatch operation, not another app to run. Customers get answered and booked in your name. Your techs get one simple link per job. A watchdog catches what goes wrong, and real people step in when the machine can't. You stay on the tools — we keep the job moving, from the first call to the tech at the door.

Nothing dropped · Nothing hidden · Only exceptions need you

The System

The system behind your field operation.

Three things happen to every lead — fast answer, a way to book, a tech assigned. Here's each one, live.

Speed to lead

Nothing sits in voicemail

Missed CallTexted back · 38s
Water heater out — Mrs. Alvarez

A missed call, a web form, a Google inquiry — they all land in one queue, and the customer gets an answer while your competitor is still listening to the ring.

 • Every source, one queue
 • Answered the moment it lands

Watch the lifecycle: a request drops in, gets an answer in seconds, picks a time you approved, and lands on the calendar as a booked job with a tech attached.

The homeowner picks a real slot on your schedule. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically, so booked jobs stay booked.

 • Self-serve slot picking
 • Automatic reminders cut no-shows

Speed to lead

<60s

Routine inquiries get a text back in seconds — typically before the homeowner dials the next company on the list.

Always on

24/7

Nights, weekends, holidays — the machine answers the moment you physically can’t. A person reviews anything unusual during business hours.

Founding partner pilot

$55/mo

Founding-partner pilot pricing — $55/month plus a one-time $500 setup, locked for your first 90 days while we prove the operation on your jobs. First 10 businesses only.

How it works

Lead to knock, in three steps.

01Connect

Plug in your lead sources

Phone line, website form, Google Business — we wire what you already have into one queue. Nothing changes for your customers, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

 • Works with your existing number & site
 • You approve the services, pricing & booking rules first
 • Setup done for you
02Respond

It answers while you work

A missed call or a web request gets an answer immediately, in your name, with a link to book a time you already approved. Anything unusual routes to a person; the first week, a human reads every message.

 • Answered the moment it lands
 • Only the services, areas and hours you set
 • Anything odd flagged to a human
03Book

Jobs land on your calendar

Follow-up runs until the lead books or clearly says no. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically, and you get a plain-English report of what came in, what booked, and what you almost lost.

 • Booked slots, not "call me back"
 • Automatic confirmations & reminders
 • "Leads you almost lost" report

Included

Everything between the lead and the knock.

Missed calls get answered

Your line forwards to us when you can't pick up. The caller gets an instant text back — your name, your own business number — with your booking link, before they dial the next company on the list.

Customers show you the problem

The booking page takes the problem in their own words — plus photos, video, even a voice note. Your tech sees the leaking heater before he loads the truck.

Booking follows your rules

Customers only ever see the services, the areas and the hours you approved. Nothing outside them gets promised to anybody.

Customers stay informed automatically

Confirmations, reminders, tech-on-the-way, running-late with an honest new arrival window, and the review ask when the job's done — all without anyone touching a phone.

One link runs your tech's whole job

No app, no login, no training. One link per job: On my way → Arrived → before photos → work → after photos → done. Big buttons that work with gloves on, in English and Spanish.

Live video help in the field

A stuck tech taps Need Help and you're looking at the same problem over live video in minutes — with the job, the photos and the clock already in front of you. Pull a second tech in with one tap.

A watchdog for what didn't happen

A job with no tech, a tech who never left, a job stuck past its window, a help request nobody answered — the system notices, nudges, and escalates before the customer calls you.

A human checks the odd ones

Routine bookings move on their own. Anything unusual — out of area, off-hours, safety language — stops and comes to a person instead of getting guessed at.

You see it all without asking

One live page: today's jobs, who's on the way, who's on site, what needs you. A plain-numbers report every Monday — including the leads you almost lost.

Art Amezcua, founder of D2D Dispatch

Who’s behind this

Art Amezcua

Founder · twenty years in the field

I wasn’t the dispatcher. I was getting dispatched.

I’m Art. Twenty years on the receiving end of somebody else’s dispatch — out in the field taking the work, not in an office sending it out. Different industry than yours. The exact same broken handoff: the job that arrives with half the information, the site that had no idea you were coming, the work somebody already finished before you got there.

And every couple of years, a new system. Four or five apps just to get through one day. New logins. New sign-in sheets. New reasons to stop working and go stare at a phone.

D2D is the opposite of that. It isn’t another app for your crew to learn. It’s a dispatch operation running behind your business — your techs open one link per job, already confirmed, and you only get pulled in when something genuinely needs you.

The owner

stops wondering.

No more “did anybody call that lead back?” Every lead answered, every job on the calendar, one screen you can glance at from the truck — and only if you feel like it.

The dispatcher

stops chasing.

No more calling to confirm, calling to remind, calling to find out if anyone’s even there. The confirmations and the reminders run themselves and hand you only the ones going sideways.

The tech

stops juggling.

No sign-in sheets. No app to open before you can start work. No wondering if the customer got the message, if they’re expecting you, if they’re even available, if they forgot, or if somebody already did the job.

Software in the trades doesn’t fail because it’s bad. It fails at the crew — the owner buys it in January, the guys quit opening it by March, and it’s cancelled by fall. Ours never asks them to open anything.

Straight talk

No fake reviews. Real guarantees.

The No-Embarrassment Guarantee

Every message is human-reviewed your first week, and you approve your services, pricing and booking rules before anything goes live. If it ever mishandles a customer, fixing it is on us.

Your prices. Your voice.

Your booking page shows your services and your prices, and every message goes out in your company’s name. Nothing reaches a customer that you haven’t signed off on — and we never invent a price or a time you didn’t approve.

Built for the trades

Designed around plumbing, HVAC, electrical and home-service workflows — built and run by somebody who spent twenty years on the receiving end of dispatch. No fake reviews on this page; our first partners’ results will speak for themselves.

Before you ask

The questions everybody asks.

Is this another app my guys have to learn?

No — that's the entire point. Your crew installs nothing and logs into nothing. D2D runs behind your business. A tech gets a confirmed job with the customer, the problem, the time and the address already sorted, and goes to work.

Why wouldn't I just buy field-service software?

You can, and plenty of it is good — scheduling, invoicing, payments, dispatch boards. But buying the tools doesn't mean the work is handled. Somebody still has to set them up, answer the lead, follow up, confirm the appointment and make sure the right tech reaches the right customer. Features included isn't the same as work handled. We don't ask you to replace your platform — we run the operation around it.

What am I actually paying for?

Not your CRM, and not your techs. The daily work that keeps landing back on the owner: chasing the leads that never replied, gathering the job details, sending the booking link, getting it on the calendar, confirmations and reminders, checking they're still good for the time, coordinating which tech is going, keeping the customer posted — and escalating only what genuinely needs you. That's the work that gets done between jobs and after hours. It doesn't replace an office manager; it takes the lead-response, booking and dispatch load off whoever is carrying it.

Other dispatch services charge less. Why are you more?

If what you want is somebody to answer a phone and take a message, don't pay us — there are cheaper options and they'll do that job fine. We're priced for what happens after the lead comes in: qualifying it, presenting the prices and service-call fees you approved, booking it, following up until it books or clearly says no, confirming the customer and coordinating the tech. Compare the work handled, not the monthly line.

My software already has an AI receptionist. Why not just use that?

If it's handling your leads, use it — we're not going to talk you out of something that works. We're for owners who don't want to configure another system, watch what it says, chase the jobs it couldn't handle, or take back over the second something falls outside the script. Automation where it makes sense, a human where judgment does, and anything unusual handed to you instead of guessed at.

What happens to my phone number?

Nothing. You keep the number your customers already know. We connect D2D around it rather than taking ownership of it, and if you ever walk away, your number walks with you — it was always yours.

What if it says something wrong to my customer?

Your first week, a human reads every message before it goes out — that's the No-Embarrassment Guarantee. And it can't say much: it doesn't diagnose, price a job or promise a time. It hands the customer a booking page built from the services, areas and hours you approved, and anything outside them goes to a person.

Is a robot going to talk to my customers?

Automation handles the routine texts, in your company's voice. Anything unusual is escalated instead of guessed at, and a customer who asks for a person gets handed to one. We're not trying to fool anybody — we're making sure nobody waits without an answer.

I already use Jobber / Housecall Pro / ServiceTitan. Do I have to switch?

Keep it. D2D isn't a replacement CRM. We operate the gap between the inquiry and the arrival — answering, capturing the request, booking, confirming, and coordinating the handoff to your tech — then the job lands in the system you already use. Everything after that stays exactly where it is.

How fast is it running?

Most partners launch in about 48 hours, once we have your calendar, your service area and your pricing rules. Most of setup is us listening to how you price and how you talk — not you filling out forms — and you approve everything before it goes live.

What if I want out?

Month to month, no contract either way. Cancel any time and service runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Your customers, your number, your calendar and an export of your records are yours to walk away with.

Am I dealing with a real person?

Yes. I'm Art. Twenty years in the field getting dispatched. There's two of us running this — so when something goes wrong you're not filing a ticket, you're talking to the guy who built it.
